• 15+ years in biotech leading teams through organizational change

• MBA in Management of Technology

• Completed Organizational Coaching Level 1 Certification (2024) and Level 1 Accreditation (2025) with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL)

• Training completed as part of my pathway toward ICF ACC credentialing through the International Coaching Federation
