Who am I?
I'm a certified career coach with a background in leadership, STEM, and organizational change. I help people in transition find clarity, build confidence, and take their next step with purpose.
I’ve spent 15 years leading teams through change and supporting individuals who feel stuck or uncertain about what’s next. I hold an MBA in Management of Technology and certification in organizational coaching. I’m also working toward my ICF ACC credential.
My coaching style is grounded, practical, and supportive. I use the GROW model to help you define what you want, explore what’s in the way, and take meaningful action.
Coaching with me is not about advice. It is a space for you to think clearly, ask bold questions, and make decisions that feel aligned with who you are.
